Projecting a Holodeck

 

Here is a fun video Sony is using to market the Sony Video store. You are looking at a 2D video taken of virtual 3D content projected on physical objects (e.g. tables, couches, walls). The visuals are displayed from the perspective of a video camera that is tracked in real-time. The visuals would probably look a little odd if you were sitting on the couch. Try and spot the guys wearing the white CG suits.
